"Masonry joint reinforcement ladder type wire mesh" is a type of trapezoidal metal wire mesh used for the reinforcement of masonry joint. It is made of continuous lengths of joint reinforcement and is embedded in the horizontal mortar joints of the masonry wall.
Usage method
During the construction of the masonry wall, the "Masonry joint reinforcement ladder type wire mesh" is embedded in the horizontal mortar joints. Make sure the mesh is tightly integrated with the masonry wall to provide additional strength and stability. The mesh can be cut to the appropriate size as needed to fit different wall widths.
Manufacturing process
Select the wire or stainless steel wire that meets the standard to weave into a trapezoidal mesh. Weld the nodes of the mesh to ensure its strength and stability. Galvanizing treatment such as galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing is carried out as required to improve the corrosion resistance. During the production process, the size and quality must be strictly controlled to ensure that the product meets the relevant standards.
