reinforcement connections enable the force-locked connection of reinforced concrete components which are produced and concreted in a series of construction phases thanks to rational formwork systems.
Continuity Strips are available with bar diameters of 8, 10 and 12 mm. The material input depends on the respective national requirements.
Rebend connections are used for efficient connection of concrete components, which are concreted in different sections. The casing is made of corrugated galvanized sheet steel with pre-punched grip holes in the cover to allow easy removal from the casing. It can be fixed to the formwork with nails or secured with a tie wire to the reinforcement. With 57 combinations of rebar and profile widths, a wide variety of optimal connections can be realized for different applications. The elements are available with concrete reinforcement steel in 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters.
For the most common installation situations there is a standardized product range for one and two layer connections with casing lengths of 0.8 m and 1.25 m.
