Het monsterproces duurt normaal gesproken 5 - 7 werkdagen, massabestellingen duren normaal gesproken 15-25 dagen. Voor voorraadartikelen hoeft u alleen de vrachtkosten te betalen, maar voor het bestelde artikel moet u de bijbehorende proceskosten en vrachtkosten betalen. De levertijd van het bestelde monster bedraagt 5-7 dagen na betaling. De monsterkosten worden terugbetaald op basis van het geïdentificeerde aantal massabestellingen.
